Abstract: Anewmissionplanningalgorithmwasproposedtodealwiththeproblemsoflowidentifiabilityofdynamicuncertaintiesandsinglenessofresponsestrategyintraditionalmissionplanningalgorithmsfordeepspaceexplorer.Firstly,thelevelofdisturbancegeneratedbydynamicuncertaintieswasdividedintofourlevels.Fuzzyneuralnetworkwasusedtoevaluatethelevelofuncertainties,anditcanhelptochoosetheappropriateresponsestrategy.Secondly,alocalmissionrepairplanningmethodbasedonhierarchicaltasknetwork(HTN)wasproposedtoredecomposetheinvalidcomplexmissionscausedbythedisturbanceofuncertaintieswhentheresponsestrategywasrepairplanningstrategy.Finally,computersimulationresultsshowthattheproposedalgorithmcaneffectivelyevaluateandrespondtodeepspacedynamicuncertainfactors,andthereforeimprovethereliabilityandflexibilityofthemissionplanningalgorithm.
