Abstract: WithsatellitepayloadRFpowerincreasing,traditionalmethodsof inhibitingmultipactorareunabletomeettheneedsofhighpowersatellitepayloads.Reducingthe secondaryelectronemissioncoefficientofinternalsurfaceofhighpowerRFcomponentsisanimpor tantmethodforinhibitingmutipactor.Nanoscalesilvertrappingstructurewaspreparedbyconstructing nanodimensionZnOarrays, andtheeffectsofpreparingmethodsofseedsandzincsaltconcentration onthegrowthofZnOarrayswerestudied.TheresultsshowthathomogeneousZnOarraysareobtain edonthesamplesurfacebyusingtheUVradiationforseedssynthesizationandincreasingzincsaltconcentration.TheeffectofpackingdensityofZnOarraysonsilverfilmsconstructionwasinvest igated.ItshowsthatlowdensityZnOarraysaresuitablefordepositionofsilveronthesurface ofZnOnanorods.Therefore, thetechnologyforpreparationoftrapstructuresilverbasedonZnOarray swasobtained,andthemaximumsecondaryelectronemissioncoefficientofsilverdecreasedby36.3% .
