Abstract: Forexistingmultipactoroccurredindielectricmicrowavecomponents,moreattentionispaidtomultipactorsourceandsuppressionfromtheaspectofresonanceandemittedelectronyield,whilethestudyaboutinfluenceofsurfacepotentialonmultipactorisrarelyreported.Secondaryelectronemissioncharacteristicswereanalyzed.Finalsurfacepotentialandelectronimpactenergywereemphaticallystudiedwhenelectronbeamwithconstantenergysostenutoimpactedthedielectricsurfacewithvariousinitialsurfacepotential.Surfacepotentialandelectronimpactenergywerecalculatedwhenthesystembecamestable.Calculateddataindicatesthatsteadystateofthesystemisremarkablyinfluencedbyprimaryenergyandthesecondcriticalenergy.Theinfluenceofsurfacepotentialonsecondaryelectronemissionwassystematicallystudiedwhenelectronswithsingleandcontinuousenergyimpactedthedielectricsurface.An-eφenergyshiftingofcriticalenergyisrevealedwhensurfacepotentialisφ.Forelectronbeamwithcontinuousincidentenergy,impactenergyrangeisdramaticllyeffectedbysurfacepotentialofthedielectric,andtheriskofmultipactorisfurtherinfluenced.
