Abstract: Asthedevelopmentofspacetechnology,thedemandforspacetransportationsystembecomeslargerandmorevarious,on-orbitrefuelinghasbeenanewandindependentdevelopingdirectioninordertoreducethelaunchcosts,mitigatespacedebrisandimprovethepayloadoflaunchvehicle.Thedevelopmentofmethodologieswasfocusedtogenerateoptimaltrajectoriesandschedulesforrefuelingconstellationsofrefuelingspacecraft.Anon-orbitreusablerefuelingpolicyanditsmissionschedulingformultiplespacecraftincircularthroughaspacefuelstationwerepresented.Inordertoestablishtheschedulingmodelfortheon-orbitrefuelingofmultiplecircularspacecraftorbitthroughaspacefuelstation,therelationshipbetweenthevelocitychangeandorbitalelementsfortransferringofservicespacecraftwasfirstlyobtainedbasedontheanalysisoftheproblemoftwoimpulsesorbitalmaneuver.Amulti-objectiveoptimizationmodelformissionschedulingofon-orbitrefuelingformultiplespacecraftincircularorbitswasdevelopedtooptimizeboththesequenceandtimedistributionoftherefuelingmission,andaspecificaldesignalgorithmwasemployedtosearchthesolutionstothemulti-objectiveoptimizationproblem.Toverifytheeffectivenessoftheproposedschedulingalgorithm,acomputersimulationthataimsatschedulingamissionofon-orbitrefuelingfor30spacecraftincircularorbitswasconducted.
