Abstract: AimingatthelargeinitialerrorandthestrongnonlinearproblemexistedinSpacecraftattitudedetermination,animprovedregularizedauxiliaryparticlefilter(IRAPF)algorithmwasproposed.TheregularizedParticleFilter (RPF) waslinkedwiththeauxiliaryparticlefilter(APF),andthefastGausstransform(FGT)wasintroducedintothealgorithmtoimproveconvergenceefficiency.Thisalgorithmcanrestrainparticledegenerating,optimizingsamplingbyusingthenewestobservedparticles.ByintroducingFGT,thecalculationwasreduced30%comparedwithRAPFmethodandtherealtimefeaturewasimproved.Simulationresultsprovethevalidityofthealgorithm.
