Abstract: FilterprocessingisbeneficialtoimprovethequalityofreceivedsignalandthemeasuringperformanceofTT&Csystem.Ade-noisealgorithmusingShiftedUn-decimatedWaveletPacketTransform(SUWPT)wasmodified.InsteadofEnergyCompactionMeasure(ECM),thePowerFlatness(PF)wasusedinthenewalgorithmastheruletodecidewhetheranodewasneededtodecompose,andthedisadvantagesoftheoriginalones,suchasabortdecompositionbecauseofmisjudgmentorcomplexitybecauseofmanytimesdecompositionwereovercome.Meanwhile,theproblemthatthethresholdwashardtodeterminewasalsosolved.Simulationresultsshowthatcomparedwiththeoriginalalgorithm,themodifiedonehasabetterperformancewithlesscomplexity.Finally,thesimulationsignalandin-orbitsatellitedatawasprocessedwiththemodifiedalgorithm.Resultsshowthattheaccuracyofthedifferencephaseofthesimulationsignalisimprovedbyabout3timesandtheaccuracyofthein-orbitsatellitedataisimprovedby0.72times.
