Abstract: Thegoverningequationsofcomponentsforcabinatmosphericenvironmentalcontrolsysteminmannedspacecraftwerebuilt.ThegeneralmethodofestablishingmodellibraryusingmultidomainunifiedmodelingmethodbasedonModelicawaspresented.Apowerfullibrarywithhighreusability,extensibilityandfeasibilitywasbuiltfortheenvironmentalcontrolsystem.Akindofenvironmentalcontrolsystemincludinganatmospherecontrolandsupplysubsystem(ACSS),atmosphererevitalizationsubsystem(ARS)andatemperatureandhumiditycontrolsubsystem(THCS)wasmodeledtocarryouttheperformanceanalysisandthecontrolstrategystudy.Theinvestigationshowsthatthreesubsystemsarecoupleddeeplyandhaveinfluenceoneachother.TheactivetemperaturecontrolmethodisappropriateforTHCS.Andabettercontrolstrategyofactivetemperatureandhumiditycontrolwasputforwardtoachievemoreeffectivecontrolcapability.Thecrewactivitylevelshouldbeconsideredasavariation,whichhasheavyeffectsonothersubsystems.Theestablishedmodellibraryandanalysisresultsprovideanefficientwaytoimprovethedesignandrunningmanagementofthecabinenvironmentalcontrolsysteminthemannedspacecraft.
