Abstract: InordertoaccuratelypredicttheonorbittemperatureoftheTan-Satloading,theresearchfortransientthermalanalysismodelcorrectionundertestconditionswaspresented.Comparedtheresultsbetweenthermalanalysiscalculationandthermalbalancetest,temperaturedifferencesofthetemperaturemonitorswereconfirmed.ParametricsensitivityanalysisofcarbondioxidedetectorthermalanalysismodelwascompletedbytheMonteCarlomethod,andmodelparametersweredividedintoglobalsensitive,localsensitiveandinsensitiveparameters.Accordingtothedataofthermalbalancedtest,theLatinhypercubesamplingandsimplexmixedmethodswereappliedtocorrectmodelparametersbytheclassificationlayerbylayer,andtheoptimalvalueswerecalculated.Thesevaluesweretakenintothethermalanalysismodeltoverifytheaccuracyofthecorrectionmethodandanalyzetheresidualerror.Correctionresultsshowthatthecorrectedtemperaturedifferenceδaislessthan±0.5℃forallthetemperaturemonitors,theresidualerrorcorrectionratesθaregreaterthan80%,whilemosttemperaturedifferencesreduceanorderofmagnitudeaftercorrection.Theseresultsillustratethecorrectioniseffectiveandthemethodisreasonableandfeasible.
