Abstract: Aselectricpowersupplydevicesofspacecraft,solararrayshaveplayedanimportantroleinassuringsuccessfulspaceflight.Basedontheanalysisofsomecharacteristicparametersofsolararraydeploymentprocess,theequivalentdrivingmomentobtainedfromeveryhingedrivingmomentmeasurementvaluewasselectedasreliabilitycharacteristicparameterofsolararraydeployment.Bystressstrengthinterferencetheory,areliabilityassessmentmethodwasputforwardwhichapplinghingemeasurementdataofbothdrivingmomentandresistancemomenttoreliabilityassessmentofthesolararraydeployment.Thismethodprovidesatechnicalapproachtovalidatethereliabilityofspacecraftsolararraydeployment.
