Abstract: Withthefurtherofstudyofthemultipactor,effectsoflowenergyelectronshadbecomemoreand moreimportant.Inordertosimulateandanalyzemultipactortheoryaccurately,onthebasisofresear chforsecondaryandbackscatteredelectronemissionmodel,anewmodelwasputforwardbased onsecondaryelectronyield(SEY),backscatteredelectronyield(BEY) andtheangleofelectronincidence.ConsideringthedifferenceofSEY,BEYoflowenergyelectron,a ndcompactingseveralsecondaryand backscatteredelectronyieldformulae,thenewmodelformultipact orhadabetterprecisionandapplicability.Finally,somediscussionandanalysiswasdoneforimprovingthecorrectnessandbroadeningthe applicationofthemodel.
