PROCESSING METHOD USED FOR REMOTE SENSING DATA OF SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURE BY METEOROLOGICAL SATELLITE
Qiu Kangmu Wang Baohua Wu Xiao (Satellite Meteorological Center,SMA)
    1992, 12 (01):  .
    Abstract ( 1956 )   Save
For the remote sensing of Sea Surface Temperature(SST)by the meteorological satellite, the keys of data processing are cloud testing and correction of atmospheric attenuation. The current method used in the SST processing system of Chinese Satellite Meteorology Center is the multi-cha- nnel statistical regressive method which has been generally used in the world for NOAA satellite data. But as the radiometer on the Chinese FY-1 sate- llite has only one infrared window channel,Satellite Meteorology Center has to develop a statistical estimation method. This paper briefly introduces the fundamental principles, computation methods and processing results by using these methods and reviews the characteristics of the two methods.

    1992, 12 (01):  .
    Abstract ( 1443 )   Save
A two stage exponential procedure of deployment and the maximum possible ratio of deployment rate to length can stimulate tether to produce a greater magnitude of negative rate of pitch angle. The angular rate can reduce the length of tether used for re-entry or improve re-entry characteristics.

    Abstract ( 1563 )   Save
A nonparameter radiometric correction method used for the remote sensing image processing is presented in this paper.Experiment shows that image processed by this method is in good radiometric quality. This method can also be used for distripping.

A THEORETICAL STUDY ON DIELECTRIC LOADED PYRAMID HORN

    1992, 12 (01):  .
    Abstract ( 1721 )   Save
A model of wedge(or V-shaped)dielectric loaded horn is introduced in this paper.Theoretical analysis and experiment about it are given and show that the loaded dielectric do have the ability to widen the mainlobe of general pyramid horn's E directional pattern and lower its sidelobe level. The sidelobe level may be lower than 25dB.A simple and ef- ficint pyramidal horn feeder is available.

Wu Shumin (Institute of Crustal Dynamics,State Seismological Bureau)
    1992, 12 (01):  .
    Abstract ( 1886 )   Save
Using the images of Chineses Land Resource Satellite laune- ched in October 1985,together with data of earthquakes and earth-stress measurement,we'd studied the structural features of PAN JIAKOU reser- voir and its neighbouring areas,HEBEI Province.“The theory of density equilibrium ellipsoid”was also used to probe into the problem of induced seismicity in reseroir. The results of this study indicated that there might be earthquake less than 5 degree on Richter scale.Responsible Depatment must pay attention to it.

    1992, 12 (01):  .
    Abstract ( 1510 )   Save
The modification of the high insulation materials of satellite is a very effective method for controlling charging on it.The modification of several flexible and rigid materials has been provided by means of physi- cal vapor deposition(PVD)technique. However,in order to obtain the high reliability and long life time of satellite operation,it is necessary to test and evaluate every performance of prepared films, which contains optical- electrical and stable performance of films under various conditions. The object and request about the above series of test are discussed in this article.

INFLUENCE OF SIMULATED SPACE ENVIRONMENT ON PERFORMANCE OF OPTICAL SOLAR REFLECTOR
Hu Bingsen Qiu Jiawen Wang Bin Chang Tianhai (Lanzhou Institute of Physics)
    1992, 12 (01):  .
    Abstract ( 2372 )   Save
The influence of simulated space environment on the properties of the satellite temperature-control coating-Optical Solar Reflector(OSR)is discussed. Two kinds of OSR sample are tested in the simulated space environ- ment. The simulated items include vaccum UV irradiation, low energy eletctron and two energy levels protons irradiation. The surface charge/discharge test is carried out under plasma environmental conditions. After the electron, proton and UV accelerative irradiation of total dosage equivalent to 7-year at the south or north pole of geosynchronous orbit satellite, the solar absorptance increases from 0.068 to 0.078 and the normal em ttance decreases from 0.83 to 0.72 for conductive OSR,while the absorptance increases from 0.066 to 0.085 and the nornal emittance decreases from 0.82 to 0.76 for nonconduc- tive OSR.Also,it is shown from the charge/discharge test that the surface charge potential is only 15~40 V for conductive OSR,but 1 to 10 kV for nonconductive OSR.Therefore the conductive OSR can control the surface charge/discharge effectively.

    PHASE-LOCKED LOOP IN SPACE REMOTE-SENSOR
Zhu Min (Beijing Institute of Machine and Electricity)
    1992, 12 (01):  .
    Abstract ( 1483 )   Save
Resolutiaon is one of the most important factors to estimate the performance of a remote sensor.Because a remote sensor gets image during the process of satellite travelling, and this,no doubt, will introduce an image distortion,we must make an accurate image motion compensation to get a higher ground imaging resolution.A phase-locked loop with the chara- cteristics of rapid response, low power consumption, antijamming and accuracy of 0.1% is designed in this paper. It can meet the requirement of 5-meter ground resolution.
