The purpose of this paper is to discuss the ability of information feedback checking and monitoring for satellite command control system. The best monitoring conception on command control system with information feedback checking and probability indication of monitoring ability are presented. The methods improving the ability of systematic monitoring is also discussed. The estimation of the systematic performance can be realized using the probability analysis methods given in this paper.

The results show that the tensile strengh retention of the SiC/Al and SiC/LF 6 precursor wire under three kinds of treatments is high(>87%). The three treatments include elevated temperature up to 600℃ in Vacuum; exposure for 144 hours at 400℃ in air; and immersion in distilled water and in 5% NaCl solution at room temperature for 15 days. The SiC/Al precursor wire exhi(?)its excellent corrosion resistance and high themal stability at elevated temperature. The coriosion gases, corrosion products and the solution are examined by means of gas chromatogragh and disperse spectrometer. It is estimated that the reaction mechanism is primarily the electrochemistry corrosion. The corrosion rate of the precursor wire of SiC/Al is much slower than that of C/Al, and only a little damage of the interface between SiC fiber and aluminum matrix is noted.

Engineering Database Management System (EDBMS) is a CAD/CAM-oriented data (including knowledge) management system. It is also the kernel of CAD/CAM software system. The role and position of EDBMS in CAD/ CAM system, specific requirements of EDBMS, multi-level data management, multiple data model, versioning, definition and manipulation of complex object and variablelength field type have been researched and suggested.

STUDY OF MODELS ABOUT CHARGING ON SPACECRAFT SURFACE: I——STUDY OF SPACE ELECTRICAL ENVIRONMENT MODELS

The charging study of the spacecraft surface indicates that the charging state is closely related to the space electrical environment and spacecraft oneself. The solar and geomagnatic activity have strongly iufluence on the space electrical environment. The study of the space electrical environment is the base to realize the reason of charging on a spacecraft surface. Many models about the space electrical environment have been presented. These models are overall discussed in the article.

This paper simply describes fundamental principle and method of the bit error rate measurement for the data transmission system, gives an instance of the bit error rate measurement for the meteorological satellites HRPT system, and presents a local data sequence generator composed of EPROMS. Thus the bit error rate nieasurament may trend toward common ues.

This paper presents thermal Performance of multilayer insulation materials at numerous layer density, including at higher layer density. To improvement thermal performance of multilayer insulation materials, treble spacers between double aluminized shields were applied. The effects of compressive loads on layer density and thermal peroformance also were investigated.
