The calculation of the synchronized angle is one of the main protlems for getting a image with high occuracy from spin-stabilized geostationary meteorological satellites, The-accuracy of the synchronizing angle depends on orbit and attitude determination, dynamic stability of the satellite and observation time.

This paper presents a method to measure strain distributions and then calculate the displacements for solving the problem of thermal distortion of a satellite parabolic antenna made of carhon fibre composites. The technique using strain gages to measure distortions of carbon fibre composite structure induced by temperature in the range of -180~120℃ is described. Finally, a thermal cycling test completed in vacuum on a carbon fibre parabolic antenna reflector is also deseribed, and the results of the measured thermal distortions and displacements obtained by analysis are satisfactory.

An error analysis is neccessary to determine the guidance accuracy due to errors at burnout accurring at launch. This paper presents the affect of small errors of the flight path on the vehicle orbit, subsquently, also discusses the method to determine the guidance accuracy and gives the simplified formula for the circular orbit.

THE DEVELOPMENTS OF SATELLITE ORGANIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL COATING WITH LOW RATIO OF SPECTRAL ABSORPTANCES α_s TO EMITTANCES ε_n IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Several topics were reviewed in this article. Most organic coatings are subjected to degredation by ultraviolet radiation, soc the preparation of UV-resisting polymer binder of coating provides the greatest technical challenge. the more similar to quartz structure silicone resin, the more stable to UV the sillicone binderis. It has shown that the monomethylsilicone resin OI-650G is the most stable binder. The UV-resistance propety and effectivess in protecting the polymer binder from UV by pigments are concerned with the properties of the coating deeply. So for, both potassium silicate-treated ZnO and Zn_2TiO_4 are the most suitable pigments, and the coatings with low α_s/ε_n made from each of that two pigments with silicone resin OI-650G respectively are the satisfiable exterior organic temperature control coatings for the satellite.

Advantage iterative method introduced in this paper is a numerical method for solving large non-linear equations. It has many advantage. Such as reguiring less storage and operation and faster convergence etc. It has successfally applied to computation of temperature control of the artificial earth satellite. It is a quiet ideal basic numerical method and can be generalized to solve other linear or non-linear eguations.

A difference procedure of exponential type by the Burger's equation has been devoloped. We have also proved the unconditional stability and the high accuracy of this method. In addition, We applied it to the 1—D and the 2—D Navier-Stokes equations, also got very satisfactory results.

This paper describes the square beam of thin wall which is made of high modulus graphite fiber reinforcer M40 of Toray Ind co ltd, and epoxy 648/BF_3—MEA matrix, and which is made by procedures of filament winding, unidire—ctional prepreg stacking reinforcing, and modelling with autoclave cures, reloasing moulding and cutting repairing ect. After researched production Was teseted its properties are stable and reliable. This technigue of production can be utilized in real productions, and the results is satisfactory.
