    FITTING TECHNICS OF ADJOINT ORBIT
Fan Jianfeng (Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Systems Engineering)
    1990, 10 (03):  1-6.
    Abstract ( 1737 )   Save
Adjoint orbit of spacecraft can perform various specific missions. This paper presents a method by using of which the orbital elements of two spacecrafts can be determined by an adjoint orbit. Also, this method can be used to the condition of multi-spacecraft.

EFFECT OF CO-CHANNEL INTERFERENCE ON A CARRIER TRACKING LOOP AND TELEMETRY SUBSYSTEM
Xu Dingfu Zhang Bo (Luoyang Institute of Tracking Telemetry and Telecommunication)
    1990, 10 (03):  7-21.
    Abstract ( 1966 )   Save
This paper discribes the effect of co-channel interference on the ground TT&C station between satellite-ground links. The effect of interference on a Carrier-to-Tracking Loop (CTL) is analysed, and the critical value is determined under the tracking condition of CTL.The analysis of the effect of interference on a telemetry demodulation subsystem is emphasized. The interference has an effect on the Bit-Error-Rate (BER) by two ways. On the one hand, the reference phase jitter caused by a carrier recovery loop will have an indirect effect on BER. On the other hand, the interference introduced directly into a coherent detection device will directiy give raise to increase BER.The results of the effects can be expressed in terms of the loss of input Signal-to-Noise ratio E_b/N_0 at the same BER.

    SELF-EQUALIZED PSEUDOELLIPTIC FILTER
Wu Xuda (Xi'an Space Institute of Radio Technology)
    1990, 10 (03):  22-27.
    Abstract ( 2131 )   Save
A general design procedure is presented for self--equalized pseudoelliptic filter used for communication satellite in a 8--pole asymmetric dual mode in-line configuration the filter realized useful transmission characteristics with a transmission zero pair at real and imaginary axes. Therefore, there is a perfect compromise between attenuation in stopband and group delay or loss variation in passband. The measured performaces of laboratory model filter are given indicating that the expected design object is achieved.

SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL STRATEGY TO SPEED UP APPLICATION OF METEOROLOGICAL SATELLITE IN CHINA
Fan Tianxi Niu Yinsheng (Satellite Meteorological Center)
    1990, 10 (03):  28-33.
    Abstract ( 1646 )   Save
In the 1990's, it is of great meaning and benefit to speed up the application of meteorological satellite in China. The ideas which relate to the scientific and technical strategy to be taken for developing the application of meteorological satellite are proposed in this paper. A series of research subjects and critical technical problems which need to be solved are also proposed.

    Abstract ( 1648 )   Save
This paper discusses the main problems of Ni-Cd cell, such as leakage at ceramic-metal seal, factors effecting on the specific energy density, choice of separator and the cadmium electrode. On the basis of that mentioned above, the design of combined battery, the design of shelf battery, use of the carbon-fibre material and technology in charge controlling are discussed.

STUDY OF CHARGING CHARACTERISTIC OF KAPTON AND FEP TEFLON
Lu Yusun Li Hua (Lan zhou Institute of Physics)
    1990, 10 (03):  49-55.
    Abstract ( 1666 )   Save
Kapton and FEP Teflon are the important materials of the thermal control of spacecrafts. They are the Orgenic Polymer, which have the excellent physical and chemical properties. However, the charging phenomenon appear on their surface in substorm at high orbit owing to the high insulation of these matersals. So, in this article, the results of evaluation tests of their conductivities in simulated space conditions have been described. And the charging state in orbit can be expected by these regular results.

A FUSE AVAILABLE TO DEVICE IN SATELLITE
Xue Datong Ding Tianbao (Lanzhou Institute of Physics)
    1990, 10 (03):  60-66.
    Abstract ( 2110 )   Save
For the purpose of being used in satellite, the authors have improved a type of fuse (Model RF2-9-0.2A) that looks like a resistor. Then a careful observing of fusing process was made, under the condition of being used in satellite we took the environmental experiments and life test. The results show that when used at half of the specified current, the improved fuses are able to satisfy the reliability required of satellite. The conditions of microgravity and vacuum would not affect it's fusing property largely. The fusing current of the fuse-wire is less than the specified value of the battery, cable and connecting element in satellite. If the problem that the heated fuse-wire touches the inner surface of the porcelain tube is solved, the fusing property will be improved further.
