Abstract: APulsar/CNSintegratednavigationalgorithmbasedontheimprovedkinematicandstaticfilterwasproposedThemeasurementofpulsarandthestellaranglemeasurementwerefusedbytheimprovedkinematicandstaticfilter,inwhichtheUKFwasusedasthekinematicfiltertodealwiththestellaranglemeasurementatafastsamplingvelocityandtheEKFwasusedasthestaticfiltertodealwiththepulsarmeasurementataslowsamplingvelocityTheproposedimprovedkinematicandstaticfiltercanavoidthecorrelationsbetweenthefusiondatasetsofdifferentsensors.Thesimulationresultsshowthattheproposedintegratednavigationsystemcanimprovetheperformanceoftheautonomousnavigationsystemadoptedbydeepspaceexplorer.
