THE DERIVATION OF DISCRETE—TIME MODEL FOR CONTINUOUS SYSTEM BY THE FACTOR CORRECTION METHOD
Shu Zhiye(Beijing Institute of Space Machine and Electricity)
    1986, 6 (06):  1-13.
    Abstract ( 1911 )   Save
In the past, a large number of discretization methods containing numerical methods for simulation of linear system have been developed, however high efficient simulation methods have still interest to us. This paper presents a new precise and high efficient method called factor correction method, by which we discuss how to establish the discrete-time model of linear continuous system. The simulation model obtained by this method is not only effective for linear stiff problem but also can atisfied the needs of high speed simulation or real time simulation.

SPECTRUM OF SATELLITE SIGNAL TO SCINTILLATION AND ITS POSSIBLE APPLICATION TO COMMUNICATION AND REMOTE SENSING
    Wang Jiasheng
    1986, 6 (06):  14-21.
    Abstract ( 1778 )   Save
The Ku—band satellite signal amplitude scintillation experiments using SIRION—1 satetellite have been performed in Beijing. The main results for spectra analysing are outlined. The statistics is useful for designing radio link, adaptive power control and radar tracking. Moreover, the methode may also be used for remote sensing to obtain spin rate of satellite and information of atmosphere turbulence structure.

    Abstract ( 1675 )   Save
This paper presents a survey of satellite constellations, Particularly the various constellations of continuous whole-Earth coverage by the patterns of satellites in equalperiod cirular orbits, including ideal satellite constellations, practical satellite constellations, coverage properties of satellite constellations and the number and form of the Earth-tracks for satellite constellations. Finally, some applications of satellite constellations are also discussed in this paper.

THE FUNCTION OF GEOSTATIONARY METEOROLOGICAL SATELLITE AND THE INFLUENCE OF ITS ATTITUDE STABILIZED STYLES ON ITS FUNCTIONS
Ye Fazong(Satellite Meteorology Center, State Meteorological Administration)
    1986, 6 (06):  31-37.
    Abstract ( 2213 )   Save
The chief use of meteorological satellite data is in weather forecasting。 The successful forecasts require the observations of the atmosphere which are both detailed and up-to-date. It is necessary to rapidly collect the widespread data and to distribute the processed data to widespread users, so the meteorological services require that the geostationary meteorological satellite has two functions at least One is the meteorological observation, the other is the meteorological communication. Both of them are posessed of equal importance. Three-axis stabilized geostationary meteorological satellite has more advantages than the spin-stabilized geostationary meteorological satellite. It has better time-efficience, but less band width of the baseband signal of the original information, and better Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NEAT) for the infrared channels as well as better ratio of signal to noise (S/N) for the visible channels. It is applicable to meteorological observation and remote-sensing instrument which will be installed in the geostationary meteerological satellites in future, and it has nore communication capabilities for meteorological services。

    SPIN STABILIZATION OF SATELLITE-LAUNCHER UPSTAGE
    Liu Shaoqiu Zhang Daoxing
    1986, 6 (06):  59-65+13.
    Abstract ( 2784 )   Save
This papar presents preliminary assessment about spin stabilization of satellite-launcher upstage and analyses the influence of the interference factors. The calculated results indicate that the deviation of satellite insertion point orbit parameters not only depends on the character and the influence degree of the interference factors; and relates to the spin speed of satellite-launcher upstage as well. The correct determination of the spin speed of the launcher upstage can diminish the influence of the interference factors on the insention point orbin parameters.
