    1987, 7 (03):  1-8.
    Abstract ( 1799 )   Save
This paper proposes to develop satellite based position determination and communication system which may be urgently needed by many departments of the country. The composition of the two—geostationary satellite system is described and the feasibility of the system is discussed in this paper. A part of the results of the design work is given and further research problems are pointed out。

This paper describes the design of rigid solar array substrate and (?) theoretic analysis and the test.
    1987, 7 (03):  9-14+70.
    Abstract ( 1851 )   Save
This solar array substrate is aluminium honeycomb with carbon fiber face sheets. It was completd that the test consists of the model test and the vibration test. The theoretic analysis is performed using a finite element mathematical model. The results of the tests are in agreement with those of the theoretic analysis. The authors have solved the technique for the measurment of parameters of mechanical properties of the various composite material structural members and obtained the necessary datum.

    1987, 7 (03):  24-35.
    Abstract ( 1692 )   Save
This paper describes the status of the development of Vuilleumier cycle cryogenic refrigerator for spaceborne, It can be used for Infra-red radar, advanced night vision and forward vision in field or airplane, This refigerator has some advantages such as small vibration, long life and high reliability。A optimum design method has been used, various structural parameters have been selected accurately by computer programmings。A special two stroke driving mechanism in the same plane, a favourable heat exchanger and advanced magnetic driver has been designed, The two types single stage 77K VM refrigerators, air cooling and liquid cooling, have been developed。 A number of test have proved that the performance and target of refrigerator have achieved designed requirement, operation is stable and reliable.Subject Term: Spacecraft, Refrigeration technique, Cryogenic equipment, Optimum design.

    AN OUTLINE OF SPACE STATION
    Fan Jianfeng
    1987, 7 (03):  36-44.
    Abstract ( 1976 )   Save
The space station is unlike any manned spacecraft, it is a permanent facility in space. A space station will permit quantum leaps in our research on science, on space technology, and in metals and lifesaving medicines which can be manufactured only in space. This paper deals with various aspects of space station such as composition of space station system, configurations, key technology, application and future development.

THE EFFICIENCY OF THE INTEGRAL EQUATION METHODS IN ASTRONAUTICAL MATHEMATICS
    Huang Leide(Tung-ji University, Shanghai)
    1987, 7 (03):  45-54.
    Abstract ( 2122 )   Save
This paper presents some examples to explain that the integral equation methods (or the integral transforms) play an important role in the astronautical mathematics.1) We employ the Fredholm integral equation methods to solve the boundary walue problem (BVP) of free vibration of stiffened ractangular plates, which is the simpler way to determine their exact natural frequencies.2) We use the techniques of Fourier and Laplace transforms to solve the BVP of unsteady transonic flows, which not only simplify the solving process but also satisfy the far field boundary automatically. Thus, a closed formula solution can be obtained.3) We employ the linearized integral theory to solve the three dimensional unsteady flow in a shear layer, which simplify the procedure analysis and produce an explicit formula for the wall pressure.4) Using the Fourier transforms and evolution integral techniques to treat the phase equations of the free electron laser, we can get a formula which describe self-consistently the nonlinear three-dimensional steady-state free electron laser amplifier.
